JULY 24th' 2006: Virtuosol Consulting bags several orders for its CRM software solutions and partners with leading CRM Vendors such as Kana, Oracle and Microsoft. The market is hot and booming as the Customers in United States have been upgrading their Enterprise Software with web based CRM and integrating their back-office operations through their earlier deployed ERP with CRM and HRM complying with SOX.
Even in the developing countries like India , the market for CRM is ripe and growing as most of the Enterprise Customers are looking at “CRM” as serious next buy to manage their customers. Telecom, Financial Services Companies are almost talking to major vendors of CRM. Both Oracle and Microsoft has been adding customers every day.
Virtuosol has strong funnel focusing on Financial Services, and it is in talks with few leading Financial Services Companies to offer Kana and Microsoft CRM Solutions. Tata Motors recently implemented Siebel CRM, Iffco Tokio is planning to deploy Siebel CRM.
Virtuosol has also bagged few orders from small-to-medium sized Companies located in India for the Sage ERP, CRM Solutions. Also other CRM trends in India include customers heavily showing interest towards “On-Premise CRM Solutions” as opposed to “On-Demand CRM Solutions” mostly liked in the developed Countries. Indian Customer wants to invest at once, and pay up only nominal charges on Product Annual Support every year without the hassle of paying up monthly on subscription.
Virtuosol is seeing a strong potential for CRM business in India where the Official Language is English, and to meet the growing Small/Mid-sized Companies, Virtuosol plans to tie-up with Small/Mid sized CRM Vendor who can offer CRM Solutions between US$ 4000 to 7000 for 10 User CRM Software. Virtuosol is still evaluating two vendors currently and depending upon the suitability of the software on all parameters, Virtuosol will start offering “CRM for Small/Mid-sized Business” from January 2007 in full-fledged manner.
Virtuosol is focusing on “ India ” with very aggressive business plan of covering more than 10,000 Small and Mid-sized Businesses, and about 2000 Large Enterprise Customers.
With Annual Forecast of atleast 50 Customers for Small-Midsize Business, and about 20 Customers for Enterprise CRM, Virtuosol plans to net US$ 2 Million Revenues from India during the next one year.
