Virtuos Technology Mentors
popularly known as VTMs (usually faculty
members) who are willining to contribute one day
in a week for developing online materials and supporting
online teaching and elearning for our staff,
Members, and our Corporate Customers form integral part of our the Virtuosity. There
are seveal VTMs who sign up with the Virtuosity
regularly to contribute their knowledge
for "remuneration and recognition" while providing direction to the Virtuos Team of Professionals. In return,
these Mentors (VTMs) also get an insight
into technology and trends in this space.
The
Top Management Team also participates in
other Mentoring Services by continuously
involving "some of its Advisors and
Consultants" to develop young talent
within the company.
Our Mentors also visit top Business Schools,
and Engineering Colleges to select great
talent who are highly ambitious to start
something of their own with seed capital
and angel investments provided from our network of Angel Investors.
Virtuos promotes entrepreneurship and
nurtures young talent in the field of Software
(Design, Development or integration), eBusiness
(Social networking, Blogs, etc.) or other emerging Technology innovations and
networking/infrastructure. In fact over half-dozen Blogs run by Virtuos are managed by these new members with the support and guidance from the management.
