Virtuosol Profile

KANA Education provides comprehensive instructional programs for customers, partners, and internal employees. Courses offered by KANA Education through TITLE cover a wide variety of topics including installation, configuration, support and maintenance, system administration and customization. Delivered by professional educators, our courses are designed to provide you with the knowledge and expertise that will ensure you have the highest level of success with KANA products.

Courses are available as follows:

  • Instructor-led training (ILT) at KANA's Education Center in Menlo Park, California or in India at TITLE Center.
  • E-learning via web-based training (WBT) with online delivery via a web browser.
  • On-site training for US and international customers and partners. Most of our ILT courses can be delivered at customer or partner training facilities and customized to the particular learning needs of your employees. For customers and partners with large groups of learners to train, on-site training provides more targeted and personalized training at significantly lower cost.
  • Distance Learning for remote learning via web-based conferencing.
Virtuosol Technology Mentors popularly known as VTMs (usually faculty members) who are willining to contribute one day in a week for developing online materials and supporting online teaching and elearning for our staff, Members, and our Corporate Customers. There are seveal VTMs who sign up with Virtuosol regularly to contribute their knowledge for "remuneration and recognition" while providing direction to the Virtuosol Team of Professionals. In return, these Mentors (VTMs) also get an insight into technology and trends in this space. Virtuosol has also formed "The Institute of Technology Learning and Elearning (popularly known as TITLE) to conduct online and onpremise mentoring programs from our outsourced center in India.
